E-safety is a term which means not only the internet but other ways in which young people communicate using electronic media, e.g. mobile phones. It means ensuring that children and young people are protected from harm and supported to achieve the maximum benefit from new and developing technologies without risk to themselves or others.The Internet is a wonderful resource for human and has changed the way we live. It has lots of hazards,though. Such as cyberbullying, exposure to inappropriate material and online predation. The number of Internet users is continuing to grow, so Staying safe on the Internet is really important. Children start using computers from a very early age and are increasingly using the Internet more and more whether it is at home, in school, on their mobile phones or on a games console. With this in mind, Internet Safety and knowing how to help protect children and young people online is essential.

Nowadays, more and more people are facing with cyberbullying. Then, what is cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is a kind of bullying which is about using electronic technology and tools ,such as ,cell phones, computers, tablets, text messages and websites. Cyberbullying has really harmful effects on a person's life,like threats on the Internet. Someone who experiences cyberbullying feels afraid, embarrassed and angry. It is in your hands to stop cyberbullying, then what can be done?
1)Never give out personal information(your name, phone number, address and etc.) or your passwords.
2)Do not open a message from someone you don't know.
3)Change your account settings. For instance, if you have been using the same screen name for years, the bully may find a way to continue bullying.
4)Block the bully, delete the person from your email contacts and social networks.
5)Save the evidence, record the time and date that each message was sent.
6)Do not respond to the bully's messages as it will only provoke the bully.
